The Legal Stuff

  • We respect your privacy and will never sell your contact information. We will only ever share your contact details if you have authorised us to do so in the delivery of a service to you.
  • 4 Paws Training has full professional indemnity and public liability insurance in place.
  • All payments to be made in advance or in cash at the start of the first session.
  • Our fees are non-refundable
  • If for any reason Jayne feels 4 Paws Training are not the right service provider for you, she will assist you in finding an alternative service provider.
  • We will treat you and your pet with the utmost respect at all times. Our animal behaviourist and dog trainers expect the same level of respect from our clients
  • We cannot guarantee how long it will take your dog to learn a new behaviour. Just like children, all dogs learn at a different pace
  • We work with you and your dog at your dog’s pace. Be assured we will never work with you and your dog longer than necessary.
  • If your dog shows any signs of fear or aggression, we will spend time gaining your dog’s trust before attempting any training. A dog can’t learn when it’s stressed. Therefore, we must gain its trust first. We will begin the training as soon as possible to keep your costs as low as possible
  • 4 Paws Training reserves the right to cut a session short should your dog show any signs of stress. We want your dog to enjoy training, not fear it.
  • We do not and will not use bullying tactics or force to make your dog perform an action.
  • We are not currently a VAT registered business. If this changes we will notify you
  • Like all professional animal behaviourists and dog trainers, we work to high ethical standards. We will, at all times, perform our obligations with reasonable care and skill.
